about us

I am Arunrat Srithawong, a lecturer in Physical Therapy at the University of Phayao, Thailand. My academic interests center on geriatric rehabilitation, with specialized expertise in cardiopulmonary function and exercise-based interventions for older adults. My research focuses on functional fitness, autonomic regulation, vascular aging, and fall prevention strategies among community-dwelling older adults and individuals with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and post-COVID-19 complications. I have co-authored several peer-reviewed articles published in international journals and remain actively engaged in research that translates into meaningful clinical practice and community health initiatives. My overarching goal is to integrate scientific evidence into real-world physical therapy to promote the health, independence, and quality of life of the aging population.
