I am a physical therapist in the Division of Physical Therapy, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, Thailand, with expertise in exercise-based rehabilitation for diverse populations, including older adults and individuals with chronic conditions. I have experience in promoting child development, implementing educational innovations, and providing academic services to the community. I am committed to developing evidence-based programs that enhance physical function, improve quality of life, and prevent future health issues.
