about us

I am a lecturer in the Division of Physical Therapy at the School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, Thailand. I currently serve as both a lecturer and researcher specializing in physical therapy, with a particular focus on physiology and physical performance among aging populations and individuals recovering from COVID-19. My academic and professional background is rooted in promoting functional health and improving quality of life through evidence-based practices and rehabilitation strategies. I am dedicated to advancing knowledge in geriatric rehabilitation and post-viral recovery, and I actively engage in interdisciplinary research and academic collaboration to support both community health and student development.
