about us

I am a physical therapist in the Division of Physical Therapy, School of Allied Health Sciences, University of Phayao, Thailand. My research focuses on physical activity and exercise for rehabilitation and fall prevention in older adults. In addition, I am interested in research involving older adults and individuals with chronic diseases. My work is driven by a commitment to designing evidence-based exercise interventions that strengthen functional abilities, elevate quality of life, and prevent further health issues.
